Quantitative computation treatment of past experience by traditional method was carried out by using system engineering principles of safety evaluation and artificial neural networks. Safety measures were put forward according to safety evaluation results. Detection technology of infectious substances packaging was studied. The standard was shared and re-use in normative evaluation of the output file as a security to ensure the safe transport of infectious substances. |
