以洛川富士苹果为实验材料,研究了果实在临界损伤高度以下,跌落高度对其贮藏时间的影响,构建了洛川富士苹果的亚临界损伤边界曲线。结果表明,在临界高度以下,果实不会出现损伤,但其贮藏时间会缩短;跌落高度越高,贮藏时间缩短越明显;与传统损伤边界曲线相比,亚临界损伤边界曲线依赖于果实的贮藏时间。 |

The effect of drop height on apple's shelf-life below critical drop height was studied, and the subcritical bruise boundaries were established. The result showed that the dropping impact will not cause bruise of fruit when drop height is below the critical drop height, but the shelf-life of fruit will become shorter; the higher drop height, the shorter shelf-life; comparing with traditional bruise boundary, the subcritical bruise boundary relies on storage time of fruits. |
