      基于发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)和瓦楞纸板的本构关系,建立了由物品与这 2 种材料组成内外包装系统的缓冲模型;进而对工程实例进行了优化设计,介绍了串联模型的具体应用。 研究表明,在缓冲工程设计中不应忽略外包装的"串联"缓冲作用,否则会导致过度包装。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of constitutive relationships of expanded polystyrene (EPS) and C-flute corrugated paperboard (CCP), the cushioning mathematical model of goods and exterior and interior packaging composed by the two kinds of material was established. Optimal design was carried out on engineering project and application of the series model was introduced. The results showed the series cushioning effect of exterior packaging should not be neglected in engineering design; otherwise, over packaging will happen.
