基于响应面模型的稳健设计的相关理论,利用 ANSYS/ LS-DYNA 软件对拱形结构单元进行了仿真分析,筛选出了主要参数壁厚 B 和拱高 H,并求得了其对拱形结构单元缓冲性能影响的具体数据。 运用 MATLAB 软件对数据进行了处理,拟合出了二阶的响应面模型,确定了设计参数的最佳组合。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the robust design theory of responsive surface model, simulation analysis of arch structure unit was carried out using ANSYS/ LS-DYNA software. The main parameters of wall thickness B and arch height H were selected, and the data influencing buffer performance of the arch structure unit was obtained. The data was processed by using MATLAB software, two order model of responsive surface model was fitted, and the optimal combination of design parameters was determined. |
