      目的 研究印刷机齿轮在高速印刷时的振动状况。 方法 借助 Labview软件为平台开发印刷机齿轮振动在线检测仿真系统, 并结合虚拟仪器和传感器融合技术, 研究印刷机的振动状况。 结果 通过仿真系统得出原始齿轮振动信号中的啮合频率受转频 2倍频(23.6 Hz)和 3 倍频(34.69 Hz)调制。 结论 虚拟仪器与传感器信息融合技术可以监测到印刷机在高速印刷时的振动状况, 并通过相关特征波形提取分析,实时检测到齿轮磨损、断齿故障。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the vibration condition of the press gear during high-speed printing. Methods Labview software was used as the platform to develop an on-line printing machine gear vibration detection simulation system. Virtual instrument and sensor fusion technology were combined. Results Through the simulation system, it was shown that the meshing frequency in the original vibration signals of the gear were modulated by rotation frequency double octave of 23.6 Hz and triple octave of 34.69 Hz. Conclusion Virtual instrument and sensor information fusion technology could monitor the vibration condition of the printing machine during high-speed printing, and the gear wear and broken teeth failure could be detected in a real-time manner by extraction and analysis of related characteristic waveform.
