      目的 各色组版辊独立运转是电子轴传动印刷机的重要特点, 其控制系统中多电机的同步是关键, 研究多电机同步控制策略, 以保证印刷品质量。方法 对比了主从式结构和平行式结构, 并应用Matlab对2种不同结构进行建模和仿真研究。结果 确定了电子轴传动同步控制的平行式结构策略, 并对其进行了改进; 提出了采用基于模糊PI算法的速度补偿器, 取代耦合系数 K1和 K2的同步控制结构。结论 该策略提高了双电机同步控制系统的同步跟随和抗干扰性能, 增强了凹版印刷机电子轴传动多电机的同步协调控制。
英文摘要:
      A group of independent rolling motley is an important feature of the electronic shaft driving printing machine, and the multi-motor synchronization in the control system is the key. This work aimed to study the multi-motor synchronous control strategy to ensure the quality of printing. The master-slave structure and parallel structure were compared. Modeling and simulation were conducted for the two different structures using Matlab. The parallel structure strategy for electronic shaft driving synchronous control was determined and improved. Velocity compensator based on the fuzzy PI algorithm was proposed to replace the synchronous control structure with coupling coefficient of K1 and K2. This strategy improved the synchronous tracking performance and anti-interference ability of the double-motor synchronous control system, and enhanced the synchronous coordination of multi-motor electronic shaft driving gravure printing machine.
