      目的 研究缓冲材料振动传递率曲线的实现方法。方法 讨论了时域和频域分析方法的原理、 算法和具体实现过程; 在频域分析过程中, 采用加窗函数减少能量泄漏, 采用韦尔奇方法改进功率谱估计的方差特性; 采用振动台、 振动控制仪、 A/D转换板、 加速度传感器等硬件, 以正弦扫频方式对由质量块和缓冲材料组成的包装系统进行激励, 通过对采集到的激励信号和响应信号的分析处理, 得出缓冲材料时域和频域分析方法的振动传递率。结果 基于数据分析处理和振动传递特性测试实验的原理, 利用软件LabVIEW编制程序, 实现了缓冲材料振动传递特性测试系统的开发和振动传递率曲线的2种绘制方法, 2种方法得到的曲线比较接近。结论 该测试系统操作简单, 人机界面友好, 为缓冲包装材料的优化防振设计提供了强有力的工具。
英文摘要:
      This study aimed to investigate the methods to obtain the vibration transmissibility curves of cushion materials. The principle, algorithm and concrete realization process of time and frequency area analysis methods were discussed. In the frequency area analysis process, the window function was used to reduce the energy leakage and the Welch method was applied to improve the variance characteristics of power spectrum estimate. The packaging system composed of mass and cushion material was inspired with the vibration table, vibration control device, A/D conversion board, acceleration sensors and other hardware in the sine sweep mode. The cushion material vibration transmissibility of two methods in time and frequency area analysis was obtained through analysis and treatment of the collected excitation signal and response signal. Based on the data processing and the principle of vibration transmissibility experiments, the cushion materials vibration transmissibility test system is developed with software LabVIEW. In addition, the established system was applied to draw the vibration transmissibility curves of two kinds of methods, and the two kinds of curves were similar. The test system is simple and has a friendly man-machine interface, which can provide a powerful tool for optimal cushioning and shockproof packaging design of cushion packaging material.
