      目的 研究泡沫隔振材料的本构模型及其在运输过程中的振动情况。方法 运输包装系统涉及运载工具、 道路条件、 内装物品、 包装防护结构等诸多因素, 构成一个多自由度的非线性复杂系统。围绕运输包装隔振系统, 以行业内的典型研究为例, 来探讨被包装物品在运输过程中的随机激励问题, 以及运输包装系统的动力学方程及易损件的响应这两方面的问题, 并在此基础上对运输包装系统力学性能相关方面的研究给出意见。结果 在运输过程中, 关于道路及运输包装系统耦合的研究还不够完善, 在产品运输防护领域仍有大量问题需要解决。结论 加强对运输包装耦合系统的响应分析的研究, 包括产品的响应分析、 混合道路谱的试验方法等, 对运输包装的发展具有重大意义。
英文摘要:
      This paper mainly studied the constitutive model and the vibration of the foam vibration isolation material during transportation. The transport packaging system is a nonlinear complex system with multiple degrees of freedom which involves many factors, such as delivery vehicles, road conditions, internal goods, packaging structure. This article focused on the topic of transport packaging isolation system, based on the typical research in the industry as an example to explore the issue of random excitation of packaged goods in the transport process, dynamic equation of transport packaging system as well as response of vulnerable parts, and on the basis of this exploration, the article proposed some advice on the mechanical performance of transport packaging system. For the transportation, the research on the coupling of the road, vibration isolation material and transport packaging system is not sufficient, and there are still problems to be solved in the field of product protection during transportation. It is of great significance to strengthen researches on the response analysis of coupling system including response analysis of products and test methods for mixed road spectrum for the development of transport packaging.
