      目的 利用虚拟仪器对真空包装气密性进行检测,判断食品包装是否存在泄漏。方法 构建的真空包装检测系统由压力传感器测得信号,经过调理电路传至数据采集卡,并最终输送到计算机,通过Labview软件构建的虚拟仪器将变化的压力信号通过图形显示出来。结果 通过实验,利用虚拟仪器对真空包装气密性密封进行检测,判断出了食品包装是否存在泄漏。加压结束后,容器内压力随时间增加会慢慢减小,则表明该包装有泄漏;加压结束后,容器内压力随时间基本保持不变,则表明包装的密封性良好。结论 用虚拟仪器对真空包装气密性密封进行检测是以后重要的发展方向。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to test the vacuum packing air tightness with virtual instrument and judge whether food package leaks. Vacuum packing detection system was built. Its signal was measured by pressure sensor and then transmitted to data acquisition card via conditioning circuit. It was ultimately transmitted to the computer. The changed pressure signal was displayed in form of graphics through the virtual instrument that was built by Labview software. Through the experiment, tightness of the vacuum packing was detected with the virtual instrument. Whether the food package leaked was judged. After pressurization, the gradual decrease of pressure inside the vessel with the increase of time indicated that there was leakage while almost unchanged pressure indicated good tightness. In conclusion, it will be an important development direction to test the tightness of vacuum packing with virtual instrument.
