      目的 建立定量分析桶装饮用水中双酚A的方法,研究北京市桶装饮用水中双酚A的污染水平。方法 采用固相萃取技术进行样品前处理,运用液相色谱质谱联用法进行样品检测。结果 在质量浓度为122.9~1190.7 ng/L范围内,在最优的质谱检测条件下,一级质谱的线性回归方程为y=69.4x+2186.1,相关系数为0.993,检出限为7.0 ng/L,定量限为23.5 ng/L。方法的回收率为78.8%~108.1%,相对标准偏差(n=6)≤13.5%。在随机检测的北京市6个水站的53种桶装饮用水中有36种检出双酚A,但浓度均低于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)中规定的双酚A限值(0.01 mg/L)。结论 该方法选择性好、灵敏度高、重现性好,能够满足定量检测桶装饮用水中双酚A的要求。北京市售桶装水中较为普遍地存在双酚A,长期饮用有健康风险。

      The work aims to establish a quantitative method for detecting bisphenol A in barrelled drinking water and to investigate the pollution level of bisphenol A in barrelled drinking water products sold in Beijing market. After sample pretreatment by a solid phase extraction method, bisphenol A was detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Under the optimal mass spectrum conditions for bisphenol A detection, the linear regression equation of level 1 mass spectrometry was y=69.4x+2186.1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.993 within the concentration range of 122.9~1190.7 ng/L. The limit of detection was 7.0 ng/L, and the limit of quantitation was 23.5 ng/L. The recoveries were between 78.8% and 108.1%, and the relative standard deviations (n=6) were less than 13.5%. Among 53 barrelled drinking water products from 6 water stations in Beijing, bisphenol A was detected in 36 products, but the concentrations were all lower than 0.01 mg/L that was the concentration limit required in Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749—2006). Owing to the advantages of excellent selectivity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, this method can meet the detection demands of bisphenol A in barrelled drinking water. Bisphenol A widely exists in barrelled drinking water products sold in Beijing market, and long-term drinking thus leads to health risks.
