      目的 研究纳米氧化铝(Al2O3)对聚丙烯(PP)/碱式硫酸镁晶须(MHSH)/氮-磷复配阻燃剂(N-P)复合材料力学性能和燃烧性能的影响。方法 对MHSH和Al2O3进行表面改性处理,利用混合机将PP、MHSH、Al2O3和氮-磷复配阻燃剂进行混合,采用熔融共混法制备PP/MHSH /Al2O3/N-P复合材料。结果 当Al2O3的添加质量分数为8%时,复合材料的力学性能较佳,随着Al2O3含量的继续增加,复合材料的力学性能逐渐降低;Al2O3质量分数为5%时,复合材料的极限氧指数(LOI)为23.6%,其阻燃性能明显得到提高,随着Al2O3填充量的继续增加,复合体系的LOI增长速度变缓;当Al2O3质量分数为8%时,复合材料力学和阻燃综合性能最佳。结论 Al2O3经表面改性处理后,其在PP基材中分散良好,对聚丙烯复合材料起到补强和增韧作用,复合材料的阻燃性能也得到了改善。

      The work aims to study the impact of nano-alumina (Al2O3) on the mechanical properties and combustion performance of PP/MHSH/Al2O3/N-P composites. First, MHSH and Al2O3 were subject to surface modification treatment. Second, PP, MHSH, Al2O3 and N-P were mixed together by a mixer. Finally, PP/MHSH/Al2O3/N-P composites were prepared by melt blending. When the mass fraction of Al2O3 added was 8%, the mechanical properties of the composites were better, but the mechanical properties of the composites decreased gradually with the increase of Al2O3 content. When the mass fraction of Al2O3 was 5%, the limiting oxygen index (LOI) of the composites was 23.6%, and the flame-retardant properties were obviously improved, but the LOI growth rate of composite system was slowing down with the continuous increase of Al2O3 filling content. The mechanics and comprehensive flame-retardant performance of the composites were the best when the mass fraction of Al2O3 was 8%. In conclusion, Al2O3 is dispersed well in PP base material after the surface modification treatment, and the treatment also works to reinforce and toughen the PP composites, and also improve their flame retardant properties.
