      目的 以某新型军用导弹包装箱为研究对象,对其动力学特性进行研究。方法 建立包装箱整体结构模型,利用有限元法对其固有特性进行分析。考虑弹体在运输过程中受到随机激励的影响,对组合轮式车辆振动环境试验载荷下包装箱的减振效果进行研究。通过试验测试,验证仿真分析结果的合理性。结果 箱体的前6阶固有频率分布在53~81 Hz范围内;在组合轮式车辆振动环境下,箱体结构各方向所受的最大应力分别为192.4,118.4,260.1 MPa;弹体支撑以及橡胶垫上的应力和位移水平很小。结论 在随机载荷作用下,包装箱结构具有良好的减振效果;结构所受最大应力小于材料的屈服极限。此外,有限元分析结果合理可靠,包装箱结构满足设计要求。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to take the plastics ammunition package as the object to study its dynamic characteristics. The simulation model of the package was established and the Finite element method was used to analyze the inherent characteristic of the structure. By considering the effect of random excitation on the missile in transit, the vibration damping effect of the package was studied under the vibration environment of the combined wheel vehicle. According to the transport test, the rationality of the simulation results was verified. The first six order natural frequencies of the box were distributed in the range of 53~81 Hz. Under the vibration environment of combined wheeled vehicles, the maximum stresses of the box in every direction were 192.4, 118.4 and 260.1 MPa, respectively; and the stresses and displacements on the projectile support and rubber cushion were very small. The package has better vibration damping effect under the random loads. The maximum stress of the structure is less than the yield limit of the material. Moreover, the finite element analysis results are reasonable and reliable, and the packaging box satisfies the design requirement.
