基于用户特性的淘宝直播界面设计研究

摘要:
目的 随着直播行业的高速发展,淘宝直播作为新兴购物方式也逐渐为大众所接受,这也表明直播界面设计研究对于淘宝直播发展具有重要意义,本文在用户特性分析基础上,对淘宝直播界面设计原则、要素以及内容等展开研究。方法 主要采用问卷调查法、访谈法、数据分析法等研究方法。首先对淘宝直播界面设计的概念进行阐释,其次梳理研究淘宝直播界面设计的必要性,然后分析淘宝直播用户的特性,最后根据前文分析结果并结合现实。结论 淘宝直播界面设计应当遵循传播载体多样化、直播界面内容多样化、互动性、盈利性的原则,设计的内容与重点应当包含内容设计、布局设计、操作设计、提供“私人定制”服务等。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of live broadcasting industry, Taobao live broadcasting, as a new shopping method, has gradually come into people’s view. This also indicates that the research on live broadcasting interface design is of great significance for the development of Taobao live broadcasting. The work aims to research the design principles, elements and contents of Taobao live broadcasting interface based on the analysis of user characteristics. The main re-search methods were questionnaire survey, interview and data analysis. Firstly, the concept of Taobao live broadcasting interface design was explained. Secondly, the necessity of Taobao live broadcasting interface design was sorted out. Then, the user characteristics of Taobao live broadcasting were analyzed. Finally, the results were analyzed and applied to the actual situation according to the previous text. The design of Taobao live broadcasting interface should provide diversified media carrier, content, interaction and profitability. The content and focus of the design should include content design, layout design, operation design and providing “customization” services.
