| 目的 从情感化设计的角度入手，探讨我国妇幼保健院视觉导视系统设计中存在的问题，分析就诊者的情感需求，提出情感化设计的必要性、原则和方法，以增强其设计的系统化、个性化、情感化。方法 结合国外优秀妇女、儿童类专科医院的视觉导视系统设计案例，从情感化设计的三个层次，即本能层次、行为层次、反思层次，分别探讨妇幼保健院视觉导视系统情感化设计的内涵。结论 在妇幼保健院视觉导视系统的设计中以人为本，深入分析妇女、儿童的情感需求，注入情感化设计的元素，以此改善我国妇幼保健院视觉导视系统的设计现状，从而消除妇女、儿童的焦虑情绪，改善医疗环境，提升医院综合地位，最终提高我国妇幼医疗事业的水平，为妇幼专科类医院导视设计提供新的思路。 |

| The work aims to discuss the problems existing in the design of the visual guidance system in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of China from the perspective of emotional design, analyze the emotional needs of the patients, and propose the necessity, principles and methods of emotional design to enhance the design in terms of systematization, per-sonalization and emotion. Combining with the excellent design cases of visual guidance system in foreign women and children’s specialized hospitals, the connotation of emotional design of the visual guidance system in Maternal and Child Health Hospital was discussed from 3 levels, namely, the instinct level, the behavior level and the reflection level. In the design of the visual guidance system in Maternal and Child Health Hospital, the emotional needs of women and children are deeply analyzed with people oriented and the elements of emotional design are injected, to improve the design status of the visual guidance system in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of China, thus eliminating anxiety among women and children, improving the medical environment, and enhancing the overall status of hospitals. Finally, it can improve the level of maternal and child health care in China, and provide new ideas for the guidance design of maternal and child specialist hospitals. |
