      目的 揭示纤维状填料的加入和辐照交联对聚乳酸结晶造成的影响,为辐照技术在高分子材料方面的理论研究和生产提供借鉴。方法 主要以三烯丙基脲氰酸酯(TAIC)为交联剂,探讨γ-射线不同辐照剂量对聚乳酸/亚麻纤维复合材料结晶行为、结晶性能的影响。结果 发现未辐照复合材料中形成了直径约为100 μm的球晶、纤维表面有明显的横晶现象;随着辐照剂量的增加,球晶尺寸减小到50 μm以下,横晶现象不明显;复合材料在高剂量辐照下,已观察不到球晶和横晶。DSC结果表明,随着辐照剂量增加,玻璃化转变温度、冷结晶温度逐渐升高,熔点和结晶度逐渐降低;辐照交联主要发生在非晶区,辐照降解造成晶区边缘损伤,晶区非晶化;WAXD结果显示,辐照改性并未改变PLA的晶型,仅使结晶度降低。结论 纤维引发聚乳酸生成横晶,辐照交联阻碍聚乳酸结晶,且随着辐照剂量的增加,阻碍作用越大;辐照交联没有改变聚乳酸的晶型。着重探讨了辐照技术对聚乳酸复合材料聚集态结构的影响,对辐照技术在高分子材料的理论研究和生产中具有一定借鉴价值。

      The work aims to reveal the effect of the addition of fibrous fillers and radiation crosslinking on the crys-tallization of polylactic acid, in order to provide certain reference for the theoretical research and production of high polymer material with irradiation technology. The effect of different γ-ray irradiation doses on the crystallization behavior and crystallization properties of polylactic acid/flax composites was investigated with triallylurethanylcyanate (TAIC) as a cross-linking agent. Spherulites (diameter≈100 μm) were formed in the unirradiated composites, and the surface of the fibers had obvious transverse crystal phenomenon. With the increase of irradiation dose, the diameter of spherulite was reduced below 50 μm, while the transverse crystal phenomenon was not obvious. Spheroidal and transverse crystal phe-nomena could not be observed in composites after irradiation with high dose gamma rays. DSC results showed that, as the irradiation dose increased, the glass transition temperature and cold crystallization temperature increased gradually, and the melting point and crystallinity gradually decreased. Irradiation cross-linking mainly occurred in the amorphous region, and the radiation degradation caused the edge of the crystal region to be damaged, and partial crystal region transformed into amorphous region. The WAXD results showed that, the irradiation modification did not change the crystal form of the PLA, but only lowered the crystallinity of composites. Fibers induce transverse crystals of polylactic acid, while the irradiation cross-linking hinders the formation of polylactic acid crystals, and as the irradiation dose increases, the hindrance effect increases. The irradiation crosslinking does not change the crystal form of polylactic acid. The influence of irradiation technology on the aggregate structure of polylactic acid composites is mainly discussed, and certain reference value is provided for the theoretical research and production of high polymer material with irradiation technology.
