      目的 研究并设计一种可连续剪切的纸护角剪切机装置,以提高剪切效率。方法 通过研究纸护角生产方式及特点,对整机的机械结构和控制模块进行设计,并对原理和关键控制算法进行分析。机械部分包括刀架、底座、托盘、传动等部分。采用旋转式飞剪方式、偏心轮传动,并对切刀的速度跟踪进行数学分析。基于STM32芯片对电机进行控制,以及对各种信号进行处理,脉冲信号通过高速光耦隔离外部干扰。使用触摸屏进行人机交互,参数通过串口通信传输至控制器。结果 实现纸护角连续剪切的结构设计,提高了剪切速度,并获得了更广的纸护角长度加工范围,简洁的操作界面提高了易用性。结论 基于旋转式飞剪原理,设计了出纸护角连续剪切的结构,可对连续进给的纸护角进行精确的剪切。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to study and design a paper angle bead cutting machine which can operate continuously, to improve the cutting efficiency. Through the study of the paper angle bead production mode and characteristics, the mechanical structure and control module of the complete machine were designed, and the principle and key control algorithm were analyzed. The mechanical part included the knife rest, the base, the tray, the transmission, etc. The rotary flying shear and eccentric wheel drive were adopted and the speed tracking of the cutter was analyzed mathematically. Based on STM32 chip, the motor was controlled and various signals were processed. The pulse signal was isolated from external interference through high-speed optical coupler. Touch screen was used for man-machine interaction, and parameters were transmitted to the controller through serial communication. The design of structure realizing the continuous cutting of paper angle bead improved the cutting speed and obtained wider processing range of paper angle bead length, and the simple operation interface increased the usability. Based on the principle of rotary flying shear, the structure continuously cutting the paper angle bead is designed, which can accurately cut the paper angle bead fed continuously.
