      目的 针对人工完成袜子腰封过程效率低、质量不均等问题,设计一种袜子自动腰封机构。方法 基于袜子腰封的功能要求,采用模块化思想对袜子腰封机的关键装置进行设计,以实现卡纸取放、横竖折、黏贴等功能。利用SolidWorks建立各模块的三维模型,并进行虚拟装配。利用SolidWorks的motion插件对横折装置进行运动仿真分析,利用Matlab和SolidWorks的Simulation工具箱建立腰封机构关键零部件的力学模型并进行有限元分析。通过与人工腰封过程对比来对腰封机构运动性能进行分析。结果 各个装置设计合理,运动分析折纸时间间隔为0.1~0.6 s时,满足运动功能要求,袜子腰封机构的关键零部件满足力学要求,腰封机构性能满足袜企要求。结论 所设计的袜子自动腰封机构结构合理,且满足腰封功能要求,给袜子自动腰封包装提供了一种可行的解决方案。

      The work aims to design an automatic waist sealing mechanism for socks in view of the problems of low efficiency and uneven quality in artificial waist sealing of socks. Based on the functional requirements of waist sealing of socks and the modular idea, the key device of the sock waist sealing mechanism was designed to realize the functions of paper card taking and placing, horizontal and vertical folding, sticking, etc. The three-dimensional model of each module was established by Solidworks, and virtual assembly was carried out. The motion plug-in of Solidworks was used to carry out the dynamic simulation analysis on the transverse folding device, and the mechanical model of the key parts of the waist sealing mechanism was established and the finite element analysis was carried out by the simulation toolbox of Solidworks and MATLAB. The motion performance of the waist sealing mechanism was analyzed by comparing the artificial waist sealing mechanism. The design of each device was reasonable. The motion analysis showed that the origami interval between 0.1 s and 0.6 s could meet the motion function requirements, the key parts of the sock waist sealing mechanism could meet the mechanical requirements and the performance of waist sealing mechanism could meet the requirements of sock enterprises. The designed automatic waist sealing mechanism of socks has reasonable structure and meets the requirements of the waist sealing function, which provides a feasible solution for automatic waist sealing and packaging of socks.
