      目的 由于电解电容等元器件本身的特性,在实际生产物流和包装装箱过程中容易遇到冲击和碰撞导致引脚折弯,影响产品的包装与使用,因此设计一种全自动的电容引脚矫直机构代替人工矫直,以提高生产质量和效率。方法 提出一种新型的引脚梳齿矫直方法,根据梳齿矫直机构工作特性以及弹塑性矫直理论,得到引脚矫直后的中性层曲率半径以及回弹角的影响因素,并通过其参数的仿真结果对矫直机构关键部件进行设计,最后得出完整的电解电容引脚矫直机构设计方案。结果 根据弹塑性理论分析及其仿真结果可知,最合适的梳齿矫直参数为梳齿间隙1 mm、梳齿厚度6 mm、摩擦因数0.1。 结论 此电容引脚矫直机构的矫直合格率和矫直效率均达到了实际加工生产要求。

      Due to the characteristics of electrolytic capacitors and other components, the impact and collision in the actual production logistics and packaging and packing process can easily lead to pin bending, which will affect the packaging and use of products. Therefore, an automatic capacitor pin straightening mechanism is designed to replace manual straightening to improve the production quality and efficiency. This paper puts forward a new kind of pin comb tooth straightening method. According to the comb tooth straightening institutions operating characteristics and elastic-plastic straightening theory, the influence factors of the neutral layer curvature radius and springback angle after pin straightening are obtained, and the key components of the straightening mechanism are designed through the simulation results of its parameters. A complete design scheme of electrolytic capacitor pin straightening mechanism is finally obtained. According to the elastoplastic theoretical analysis and simulation results, the most suitable straightening parameters of comb tooth are 1 mm clearance, 6 mm thickness and 0.1 friction coefficient. The straightening qualified rate and straightening efficiency of the capacitor pin straightening mechanism meet the actual processing and production requirements.
