玉米秸秆纳米纤维/PVA膜流延制备及其性能研究

摘要:
目的 为拓展可降解材料玉米秸秆纤维和PVA的应用领域,研究二者混合流延制备成膜过程。 方法 通过先球磨再氧化制得纳米秸秆纤维(CSF)悬浮液,再制备PVA/CSF混合液,并流延制得薄膜。对流延过程以及薄膜的拉伸强度、透明度及透气性进行研究。结果 随着流延速度的增加,拉伸强度先增大后减小,三温区(90,70,30 ℃)的温度设定可保证良好的成膜质量;随着CSF含量的增加薄膜的阻隔性逐渐变好,但透明度不断下降。结论 流延的速度、温度等工艺参数直接影响成膜的质量及性能,CSF含量对薄膜阻隔性及透明度有着重要的影响。

Films of CSF/PVA Produced by Tape Casting and Its Properties

Abstract:
Corn straw fiber and PVA are both degradable materials. In order to expand their application fields, the film-forming process and properties after film-forming were studied. The nano corn straw fiber (CSF) suspension was prepared by ball milling and then oxidized, which was mixed with PVA to be casting. The tape casting process and the tensile strength, transparency and permeability of the films were studied. With the increase of casting speed, the tensile strength first increases and then decreases, and the temperature settings of 90, 70 and 30 ℃ in three temperature zones can ensure good film quality; with the increase of CSF content, the barrier property of the film gradually becomes better, but the transparency decreases. The casting speed, temperature and other process parameters directly affect the quality and performance of the film. The content of CSF has an important influence on the barrier and transparency of the film.
