      目的 将纤维素纳米晶体(Cellulosenanocrystals,CNC)悬浮液与甘油共混制备光学性质不同的手性向列型CNC/甘油复合膜,以期用于包装防伪。方法 通过硫酸水解法制备CNC,测定其粒径、薄膜的微观结构、偏光性能、最大反射波长和热质量损失性能;采用蒸发干燥自组装法将CNC悬浮液与甘油以不同比例共混制备CNC/甘油复合膜,测定复合膜的光学性能和湿敏特性。结果 纤维素纳米晶体的平均粒径为220 nm,Zeta电势值为−32 mV,结晶度为81.88%,CNC悬浮液干燥成膜后具有鲜艳的彩虹色,偏振光显微镜下具有双折射效应,薄膜截面具有胆甾相液晶的层状结构,螺距为178 nm。随着甘油量添加量从 0.2 g增至1.2 g,复合膜的最大反射波长从200 nm向620 nm移动,出现明显的波长红移现象。CNC/甘油复合薄膜对水感应迅速,干燥的复合薄膜在遇水时颜色发生可逆変化。结论 甘油能够在一定范围内调控纤维素纳米晶薄膜的反射波长,且具有颜色可逆的湿敏快速响应能力。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to prepare chiral nematic CNC/glycerin composite films with different optical properties by blending cellulose nanocrystals (CNC) suspension with glycerol for packaging anti-counterfeiting. CNC was prepared by sulfuric acid hydrolysis method, and its particle size, microstructure, polarizing properties, maximum reflection wavelength and thermogravimetric properties of the films were determined. CNC/glycerol composite films were prepared by blending CNC suspension with glycerol in different proportions by evaporation drying self-assembly method, and the optical properties and humidity sensitive properties of the composite films were measured. The results showed that the average particle size of cellulose nanocrystals was 220 nm, zeta potential value was −32 mV, and crystallinity was 81.88%. After drying, CNC suspension had bright rainbow color and birefringence effect under polarized light microscope. The cross section of the film had cholesteric liquid crystal layer structure with pitch of 178 nm. With the increase of glycerol content from 0.2 g to 1.2 g, the maximum reflection wavelength of the composite membrane shifted from 200 nm to 620 nm, and the wavelength red shift was obvious. CNC/glycerin composite film is sensitive to water rapidly, and the color of dry composite film changes reversibly when it meets water. Glycerol can control the reflection wavelength of cellulose nanocrystalline film in a certain range, and has the ability of fast color reversible humidity sensitive response.
