      目的 为解决包装机械动力学参数辨识缺乏精确解析的动态响应模型,提出一种应用Lie对称解析模型的包装推送机构参数辨识新方法。方法 首先,建立包装推送曲柄滑块机构的非线性动力学方程;其次,运用Lie对称积分法得到曲柄和滑块位移运动的解析数学模型,然后将其与递推最小二乘算法联合起来得到参数辨识的迭代公式。结果 实例计算表明烟包推送机构中动摩擦因数的辨识值为0.017,转盘质量辨识值为0.765 kg,解析模型值与实际值是一致的,参数辨识精度高。结论 提出的Lie对称解析法的参数辨识可为包装推送机构的模型控制和路径规划提供重要参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the deficiency of accurate analytical dynamic response model for dynamic parameter identification of packaging machinery, this paper presents a new method of parameter identification for packaging pushing mechanism using Lie symmetry analytic model. Firstly, the nonlinear dynamic equation of packaging pushing crank slider mechanism is established; secondly, the analytic mathematical model of crank and slider motion displacements are obtained using Lie symmetric integration method, and then the iterative formulas of parameter identification are obtained by combining Lie symmetry analytical model with recursive least square algorithm. Finally, an example shows that the analytical model values are consistent with the experimental values, and the accuracy of parameter identification is higher, thus the parameters identification using Lie symmetry analytical method can provide important reference for model control and path planning of packaging pushing mechanism.
