      目的 针对传统果蔬分级设备及工艺较复杂不适合小规模果农的问题,设计基于机器视觉的西红柿尺寸和果形分级检测算法。方法 该算法中,首先用改进的基于彩度差的灰度计算和大津法解决阴影对轮廓的影响。然后,基于控制点变换进行畸变矫正得到西红柿图像的俯视图,并采用面积阈值和傅里叶变换去除轮廓噪声。最后,通过对比参照物的像素尺寸计算西红柿的物理尺寸,并进行自动分级及标定。结果 实验表明,对具有阴影干扰的西红柿尺寸测量准确度达到95%以上,并且测量偏差为负偏差。结论 该算法用软件替代传统分级所需硬件,解决了阴影、畸变、噪声等关键问题,用手机拍摄就能满足西红柿分级,有助于提高小规模果农水果分级分装的自动化和智能化水平。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problem that the traditional fruit and vegetable grading equipment and technology are complex and not suitable for small-scale fruit growers, a tomato size and shape grading detection algorithm based on machine vision was designed. In this algorithm, the improved gray level calculation based on color difference and Otsu algorithm was used to solve the problem of the influence of shadow on contour. Then, the top view of tomato image was obtained by distortion correction based on control point transform, and contour noise was removed by area threshold and Fourier transform. Finally, the physical size of tomato was calculated by comparing the pixel size of reference object, and automatic grading and calibration were carried out. The experimental results show that the accuracy of tomato size measurement with shadow interference is more than 95%, and the measurement deviation is negative. The algorithm uses software to replace the hardware needed for traditional grading, and solves the key problems such as shadow, distortion, noise, etc.
