      目的 通过研究回收制氢装置尾气中二氧化碳的方法,将回收的二氧化碳应用于食品保鲜,变废为宝,创造经济效益。方法 通过变温、变压吸附和低温精馏闪蒸处理技术对制氢装置尾气中的二氧化碳进行纯化。对荔枝、猪肉和韭菜进行保鲜实验,分析对比不同条件下样本的保鲜情况。结果 纯化后尾气中二氧化碳的体积分数提升至99.9%。保鲜实验对照组的荔枝在观察第2天开始出现褐变,猪肉也出现了变质异味,韭菜打蔫发黄。冰箱冷藏组也都出现了轻微失水,干冰保鲜组样本均良好。贮存第7天时干冰保鲜组荔枝的褐变指数最低,仅为0.7,且荔枝和韭菜的质量损失率分别为2.2%和4.15%。结论 回收尾气中的二氧化碳不仅降低了大气中的二氧化碳含量,而且能够广泛应用到食品保鲜行业,延长食品的储存期限,达到绿色可持续发展,对国计民生有至关重要的意义。

      The purpose of this paper is to study the methods that retrieving carbon dioxide from tail gas of hydrogen plant and the use the recovered carbon dioxide into food preservation, which can turn waste into treasure and create economic benefits.The carbon dioxide in the tail gas of hydrogen plant is purified by TPCR method. Then fresh keeping experiment of litchi, pork and leek is carried out to analyze the fresh-keeping situation of samples under different conditions. After that, the volume fraction of carbon dioxide in the tail gas is increased to 99.9%. On the second day of observation, litchi in the fresh-keeping experiment control group began to appear browning and the pork also had a bad smell, and the leek was wilting and turning yellow. There was also slight water-loss in the refrigerated group, but the samples in the dry ice group were all good. On the seventh day of observation, litchi in dry ice group had the lowest browning index which was only 0.7. The weight loss rates of litchi and leek were only 2.2% and 4.15%.The recovery of carbon dioxide from tail gas can not only reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, but also can be widely used in food preservation to extend the storage life of food and achieve green and sustainable development, which is of great significance to the national economy and the people's livelihood.
