      目的 为了研究气囊充气展开过程体积和压力的变化特性,优化气囊设计方法及理论。方法 文中采用3种方法,分别从理论分析、实验研究和数值模拟的角度出发,得到气囊充气展开过程气囊体积和囊内压力随时间的变化曲线,并将3种方法得到的结果进行对比。结果 实验结果与数值模拟所得气囊平衡压力最大误差不到8%,气囊体积的相对误差为7%。理论分析、数值模拟与实验结果较一致,说明了该方法的有效性和正确性;气囊充气体积可分为快速展开、体积缓慢增长和状态稳定3个过程。囊内压力同样可分为初始阶段、突升阶段和平衡阶段。结论 文中提出的方法对一般气囊均具有普适性,具备一定的工程价值。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to study the change characteristics of volume and pressure of airbag during deployment and optimize the design method and theory of airbag.Three methods were proposed to obtain the curve of airbag volume and pressure varying with the time during inflation and deployment from the perspective of theoretical analysis, experimental research and numerical simulation and the results acquired by the three methods were compared. The maximum error of balance pressure obtained from experiment and numerical simulation was less than 8%, and the relative error of airbag volume was 7%. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were consistent with experimental results, indicating the validity and correctness of the method. The inflation volume of airbag was divided into three processes:rapid deployment, slow volume growth and stable state. The pressure in the airbag was divided into initial stage, surge stage and equilibrium stage. The methods proposed are universal for general airbags and have certain engineering value.
