目的 为解决当前集装袋顶吊试验装置存在的精准度低、稳定性差、效率低等问题,提出一种新型多功能集装袋检测装置设计方案。方法 结合集装袋提吊部件结构及起吊方式的多样性,运用优化设计的方法,新装置采用双悬挂装置和双加压装置的组合设计。结果 新装置可以任意调整加压状态,实现灵活切换单点和多点起吊方式集装袋顶吊试验的工作模式,能够精准反馈集装袋整体及任意提吊部件的受力情况。随机抽选3组不同种类的集装袋进行顶吊试验,每组集装袋测试90次,压力时间试验曲线相对平稳,成功率达到96.67%,充分满足检测数据准确性与稳定性的要求。结论 该装置工作状态稳定且通用性较高,能精准分配试验负荷,保证了检测数据的准确度,同时能够兼顾多种设计类型集装袋的试验需求,有效提高了检验质量和检测效率。 |

The work aims to propose a design scheme of a new multi-functional FIBC inspection device in order to solve the problems of low accuracy, poor stability and low efficiency of the current FIBC top lifting test device. Combined with the diversity of the structure and lifting methods of the FIBC lifting components, the optimal design was adopted to realize the combined design of double-suspension device and double-pressurizing device in the new device. The new device could adjust the pressure state arbitrarily, realizing the flexible switching of the working mode of the FIBC top lifting test through single-point and multi-point lifting methods and feeding back the stress of the entire FIBC and any lifting components accurately. Three groups of different types of FIBC were selected for top lifting test randomly. Each group of FIBC was tested 90 times. The pressure-time test curve was relatively stable, with a success rate of 96.67%, which fully met the requirements of the accuracy and the stability of the test data. The device has a stable working state and high versatility, distributes the test load accurately, ensures the accuracy of the test data, and can take into account the test requirements of multiple design types of FIBC, thus improving the inspection quality and efficiency effectively. |
