      目的 为提高自动化包装生产线的产品效率和质量,简化传动系统结构,改善永磁同步电机控制系统性能。方法 提出一种基于滑模观测器的无速度传感器控制技术,建立永磁同步电机数学模型。在此基础上,设计一种滑模自适应观测器,可用于观测定子电流和转子磁链,同时给出一种I/F启动策略。通过仿真和实验对系统性能进行验证。结果 仿真和实验结果表明,所述控制方法不仅可以解决电机启动问题,而且采用滑模观测器能够较好地实现转速跟踪,进而确保转子位置准确性。在实际应用中,可将横封横切机构的切点偏差控制在0.4 mm以内,平均偏差只有0.2 mm。结论 无速度传感器控制系统具有响应速度快、调速性能好、鲁棒性强等特点,可以确保电机速度、位置控制精度,进而降低整个控制系统的冗余性、不稳定性,适合包装、仿真、印刷等场合使用。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to improve the efficiency and quality of automatic packaging production line, simplify the structure of transmission system and improve the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system. A sensorless control technology based on sliding mode observer was proposed. The mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor was established. On this basis, a sliding mode adaptive observer was designed to measure the stator current and rotor flux. At the same time, an I/F starting strategy was presented. The performance of the system was verified by simulation and experiment. The simulation and experimental results showed that the control method cannot only solve the motor starting problem, but also realize the speed tracking through the sliding mode observer, thus ensuring the accuracy of the rotor position. In practical application, the cutting point deviation of the transversal sealing and crosscutting mechanism can be controlled within 0.4 mm, and the average deviation was 0.2 mm. Speed sensorless control system has the characteristics of fast response speed, good speed regulation performance, strong robustness, etc., which can ensure the speed of the motor, position control precision and then reduce the redundancy and instability of the whole control system. It is suitable for packaging, simulation, printing and other occasions.
