      目的 烟用印刷白卡纸(烟卡)的“返黄”影响到卷烟包装外观的一致性,探索烟卡“返黄”的机理,达到解决这一现象的目的。方法 研究基于不同类型烟卡的老化实验,通过白度测定仪、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM-EDXA)和能谱(XPS)等方法定性和定量研究烟卡老化前后亮度、Lab值、化学成分和官能团的变化。结果 木质素是造成烟卡“返黄”的主要因素,“返黄”现象可通过羰基含量进行评价。结论 研究根据烟卡中羰基含量变化和碳元素存在形式阐明了烟卡“返黄”的机制,为解决烟卡“返黄”现象提供了有益的理论支持。
英文摘要:
      The brightness reversion of the white cardboard for tobacco printing (coated tobacco board) affects the consistency of the appearance of tobacco packages. Exploring the mechanism of the brightness reversion of coated tobacco board is a key issue to solve this phenomenon. Based on the aging experiment of different types of coated tobacco board, the changes in brightness, Lab value, chemical composition and functional groups of coated tobacco board before and after aging are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Methods such as whiteness tester, Fourier transform infrared reflection (FT-IR), Scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive analysis of X-ray (SEM-EDXA), energy spectroscopy (XPS) are applied. Lignin is the main factor causing the brightness reversion of coated tobacco board, and the brightness reversion can be evaluated by the carbonyl content. In this work, the mechanism of brightness reversion of coated tobacco board was clarified, which provided useful theoretical support for solving this phenomenon.
