基于AHP/QFD/TRIZ理论的可伸缩式餐桌设计

摘要:
目的 为丰富餐桌的应用场景,改进传统餐桌工作原理,扩充其使用功能,满足当代人多样化需求,设计一款可调节面积的伸缩式餐桌。方法 采用调研访谈法总结出用户需求类别,利用AHP层次分析法算出用户各项需求权重;利用QFD质量功能展开将用户需求转化为技术需求,并得出矛盾冲突;利用TRIZ创新理论的分离原理与矛盾矩阵,从40个发明原理中找出解决技术矛盾与物理矛盾的最优方法,最后得出理想方案。结果 通过整合AHP、QFD、TRIZ等理论模型,将之付诸于可伸缩式餐桌设计开发流程中,设计出了一款伸缩式餐桌,进一步验证了该套设计流程的科学性与合理性。结论 该套设计流程可为产品设计与开发提供参考思路。

Design of Retractable Dining Table Based on AHP/QFD/TRIZ Theory

Abstract:
The work aims to design a retractable dining table with an adjustable area to enrich the application scenarios of the dining table, improve the working principle of the traditional dining table and expand its use functions, and meet the diverse demands of contemporary people. The research and interview methods were used to summarize the categories of user demands, and the AHP method was adopted to calculate the weight of each user's demands. QFD was used to transform user demands into technical demands, and obtain contradictions. The separation principle and contradiction matrix of TRIZ innovation theory were used to find out the best way to solve technical and physical contradictions from 40 invention principles, and finally get the ideal solution. By integrating theoretical models such as AHP, QFD, TRIZ, etc., and applying these models to the design and development process of the retractable dining table, a retractable dining table was designed, which further verified the scientificity and rationality of this set of design processes. This set of design processes is able to provide reference ideas for product design and development.
