目的 口腔卫生健康愈来愈受到人们的广泛关注,为解决电动牙刷在清洁方面存在的痛点进行创新改良。方法 采用网络爬虫技术采集用户评论,以共现分析、语义网络分析定位研究主题和需求准则,并提取为AHP的目标层、准则层;根据TRIZ理论,对目前产品技术领域进行分析和问题描述,运用物–场模型、物理矛盾和技术矛盾对求解进行改进,生成初步方案,并提取为方案层;最后构建层次结构模型,运用AHP法寻求方案最优解。结果 通过TRIZ理论和定量化分析,计算方案的最优权重值后,设计出一款高效清洁的电动牙刷,并生成产品设计效果图。结论 结合评论挖掘和TRIZ-AHP模型,不仅能够在设计中突破单一理论的局限性,还可为相关产品创新设计提供辅助和指导。 |

The work aims to make innovative improvements to solve the pain points of electric toothbrush in cleaning in view of that oral hygiene and health have attracted more and more attention. Firstly, the web crawler technology was used to collect user comments, and the research topics and requirements criteria were located by co-occurrence analysis and semantic network analysis, which were extracted as the target layer and criterion layer of AHP. Based on the TRIZ theory, the technology of existing product was analyzed and corresponding problem was described. Object field model and physical and technical contradictions were applied to improve the solution process to generate the preliminary schemes and extract them as scheme layer. Finally, the hierarchical structure model was constructed and the AHP method was used to seek the optimal solution of the scheme. After the optimal weight value of the scheme was calculated through TRIZ theory and quantitative analysis, an efficient and clean electric toothbrush was designed, and the product design effect diagram was generated. The combination of comment mining and TRIZ-AHP model can not only break through the limitations of a single theory in design, but also provide assistance and guidance for the innovative design of related products. |
