      目的 旨在通过全面综述近年来包装领域生物基超疏水涂层的研究进展,使相关研究者快速了解生物基超疏水涂层的构建策略和应用场景,为开发新一代生物基超疏水涂层提供借鉴。方法 首先,对超疏水表面的构建策略进行概述,并从生物基材料来源的角度,系统总结生物基超疏水涂层的制备方法、性能特点以及在多功能包装领域的应用情况。其次,探讨目前生物基超疏水涂层面临的主要挑战和未来发展方向。结果 生物基超疏水涂层在自清洁、防污、防腐、阻燃、除冰等多功能包装领域显示出优异的性能,为其未来的研究和发展提供了有力支撑。结论 得益于生物基材料良好的可降解性和生物相容性,制备全生物基可降解的超疏水涂层将成为未来超疏水涂层重要的研究方向。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to provide a comprehensive review of recent advancements in the development of biobased superhydrophobic coatings in the field of packaging, furnish researchers with rapid insights into the construction strategies and application scenarios of these coatings, and provide reference for the development of the next generation of biobased superhydrophobic coatings. Initially, the strategies for constructing superhydrophobic surfaces were briefly summarized. From the perspective of biobased material sources, preparation methods and performance characteristics of biobased superhydrophobic coatings, and their applications in the multifunctional packaging field were reviewed systematically. Subsequently, the main challenges and future development directions currently faced by these coatings were discussed. The results indicated that biobased superhydrophobic coatings demonstrated outstanding performance in multifunctional packaging fields, such as self-cleaning, anti-fouling, anti-corrosion, flame resistance and deicing, thus provided robust support for their future research and development. Owing to the excellent biodegradability and biocompatibility of biobased materials, the fabrication of fully biobased degradable superhydrophobic coatings will become an important research area in the future.
