      目的 探究结构因素对蜂窝纸板抗弯性能的影响,以及各结构因素对蜂窝纸板抗弯性能的影响程度排序,优化蜂窝纸板结构设计方法。方法 通过三点弯曲试验得到蜂窝纸板的位移-载荷曲线,结合三点弯曲试验结果及蜂窝纸板结构参数计算蜂窝纸板的弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量,并通过灰关联熵分析方法进一步分析面纸厚度、芯层厚度和厚跨比对蜂窝纸板抗弯性能的影响。结果 随着面纸厚度和厚跨比的增加,蜂窝纸板极限弯曲载荷、弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量均会增加;随着芯层厚度的增加,蜂窝纸板极限弯曲载荷增加,但弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量减小。结论 面纸厚度对蜂窝纸板的极限弯曲载荷影响最大,厚跨比对蜂窝纸板的弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量影响最大。

      The work aims to explore the effect of the structural factors of honeycomb paperboard on its bending performance and rank the affecting degree of each structural factor on the bending performance of honeycomb paperboard, to optimize the structural design of honeycomb paperboard. The displacement-load curve of honeycomb paperboard was obtained by three-point bending test, and the bending strength and bending elastic modulus of honeycomb paperboard were calculated by combining the three-point bending test results with the structural parameters. The effects of face paper thickness, core layer thickness and thickness-to-span ratio on the bending performance of honeycomb paperboard were further analyzed by grey correlation entropy analysis. The ultimate bending load, bending strength and bending elastic modulus of honeycomb paperboard increased with the increase of face paper thickness and thickness-to-span ratio, and with the increase of core layer thickness, the ultimate bending load of honeycomb paperboard increased, but the bending strength and bending elastic modulus decreased. The thickness of the face paper has the greatest effect on the ultimate bending load of the honeycomb paperboard, and the thickness-to-span ratio has the greatest effect on the bending strength and bending elastic modulus.
