表面张力调控制备具有宽范围纸张适用性的喷码油墨

摘要:
目的 传统的喷码紫外线(Ultraviolet,UV)墨水无法一墨通用于不同表面性质的承印纸张,通过调节UV油墨中单体的化学组成、含量和表面张力,制备一款具有较宽范围纸张适用性的油墨。方法 通过水接触角测试分析了典型的二维码承印纸张间表面性质的差异,揭示承印纸张通用性与表面浸润性之间的关系,选用不同油墨单体制备了系列不同表面张力的喷码油墨,并测试油墨的黏度、固体粒子形貌和固化速率,得到表面张力最合适且综合性能佳的通用型油墨配方。结果 相比商用UV油墨,该通用型油墨减小了对目前主流的承印纸张的接触角和界面张力变化,增强了油墨对不同类型纸张喷码的适应性。通过辅助组分的调控,本油墨还具有快干、久置稳定、黏度低、热致变色等特点。结论 影响承印纸张通用性的关键是表面张力,通过油墨单体化学基团调控,这款油墨有望给高普适性UV油墨的研发提供借鉴。

Abstract:
The traditional UV ink for inkjet printing cannot be universally applied to substrates with different surface properties. The work aims to develop a type of ink with wide applicability to various substrates by adjusting the chemical composition, content and surface tension of the monomers in the UV ink. The water contact angle test was used to analyze the differences in surface properties among typical substrates for two-dimensional codes, revealing the relationship between the universality of the substrate and its surface wettability. A series of inkjet inks with different surface tensions were prepared with different monomers, and the viscosity, morphology of solid particles and curing rate of the inks were tested to obtain the most suitable universal ink formula with the best comprehensive properties. Compared with commercial UV inks, this universal ink reduced the contact angle and interfacial tension changes on the current mainstream substrates, enhancing the adaptability of the ink to different types of substrates for inkjet printing. Through the regulation of auxiliary components, this ink also had the characteristics of fast drying, long-term stability, low viscosity and thermochromism. The key to the universality of the substrate is the surface tension, which can be regulated by the chemical groups of the ink monomers. This ink is expected to provide a reference for the development of highly universal UV inks.
