      目的 研究氧化铜(CuO)、高锰酸钾(KMnO4)对乙烯清除效果的协同作用,制备一种用于果蔬保鲜的乙烯清除剂。方法 以人造沸石为载体,采用离子交换法和高温焙烧制得人造沸石/CuO材料,在其上负载KMnO4并设计正交试验优化负载工艺,制备人造沸石/CuO/KMnO4乙烯清除剂,通过扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对材料进行表征,利用气相色谱仪测试乙烯清除性能。结果 CuO改性、KMnO4负载均未破坏人造沸石整体晶体结构;CuO改性人造沸石后乙烯清除率得到提高,在4.5 mL初始乙烯含量下,人造沸石/CuO/KMnO4乙烯清除剂的乙烯清除量为4.426 mL,乙烯清除率达到98.4%,较人造沸石/KMnO4(3.218 mL)提高37.5%。结论 CuO、KMnO4对清除乙烯具有协同作用,人造沸石/CuO/KMnO4乙烯清除剂具有良好的乙烯清除效果,为果蔬保鲜包装的应用提供支撑。

      The work aims to study the synergic effect of copper oxide (CuO) and potassium permanganate (KMnO4) on ethylene removal to prepare an ethylene removal agent for fruit and vegetable preservation. With synthetic zeolite as the carrier, aynthetic zeolite/CuO material was prepared by ion exchange and high temperature baking, loaded with KMnO4, and an orthogonal test was designed to optimize the loading process, and the aynthetic zeolite /CuO/KMnO4 ethylene scrubber was prepared. The material was characterized by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer, and the ethylene removal performance was tested by gas chromatograph. CuO modification and KMnO4 loading did not damage the crystal structure of aynthetic zeolite. The ethylene removal rate was improved after CuO modification with aynthetic zeolite. Under the initial ethylene content of 4.5 mL, the ethylene removal amount of aynthetic zeolite/CuO/KMnO4 ethylene remover was 4.426 mL, and the ethylene removal rate reached 98.4%, which was 37.5% higher than that of aynthetic zeolite/KMnO4 (3.218 mL). CuO and KMnO4 have synergistic effects on ethylene removal, and the aynthetic zeolite/CuO/KMnO4 ethylene removal agent has good ethylene removal effect, which provides support for its application in fruit and vegetable preservation packaging.
