      目的 齿侧间隙会影响齿轮传动系统的摩擦、振动、噪声及系统刚度等,是决定齿轮性能的重要参数之一,因此需要研究不同齿侧间隙对斜齿轮动力学特性的影响。方法 利用Adams软件建立含齿侧间隙的胶印机传动系统刚柔耦合模型,通过仿真研究不同齿侧间隙下齿轮的角速度、啮合力和扭矩的变化趋势,并对比施加200 N负载前后的参数变化。结果 实验结果表明,齿侧间隙的增大会降低齿轮传动系统的刚性和冲击力,减小系统的振动和噪声,同时也会导致传递效率下降,适度的齿侧间隙有利于平衡传动效率和系统稳定性。施加负载后,系统表现出更高的稳定性,齿侧间隙仍为影响系统动力学特性的主导因素。结论 可为齿轮系统的设计与优化提供理论依据。

      As an important parameter determining the gear performance, the tooth side clearance affects the friction, vibration, noise and stiffness of the gear transmission system, so it is necessary to study the influence of different tooth side clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the helical gear. A rigid-to-flexible coupling model of the transmission system of the offset press with tooth side clearance was established by Adams software. The variation trend of the angular velocity, meshing force and torque of the gear under different tooth side clearance was studied by simulation, and the parameter changes before and after applying 200 N load were compared. The experimental results showed that the increase of tooth side clearance would reduce the rigidity and impact force of the gear transmission system, reduce the vibration and noise of the system, and also lead to the decline of transmission efficiency. Moderate tooth side clearance was conducive to the balance of transmission efficiency and system stability. After loading, the system showed higher stability, and the tooth clearance was still the main factor affecting the dynamic characteristics of the system. This study provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of gear systems.
