      目的 针对当前复杂的安全形势挑战,全面探讨新一代防暴动能弹的发展趋势,旨在为非致命武器领域提供高效且安全的技术支撑。方法 通过系统梳理防暴动能弹的发展历程,并结合复合型弹丸的致伤案例与致伤机理进行深入分析,揭示新一代防暴动能弹在安全性和有效性方面取得的关键性突破。结果 研究发现,能量缓释技术是新一代防暴动能弹的核心特征,该技术通过弹丸撞击时的结构变形实现能量耗散,既能减少伤害,又能维持高效打击效果。此外,材料创新、智能化技术应用及多重非致命效应集成等成为新一代防暴动能弹的重要发展趋势。结论 不仅为新一代防暴动能弹的研发提供理论支撑,而且将持续推动动能弹丸的本质安全化设计,为维护社会稳定和控暴拒止等任务提供强有力的技术支持。

      In view of the current complex security challenges, the work aims to comprehensively discuss the development trend of a new generation of anti-riot kinetic energy bombs, so as to provide efficient and safe technical support for the field of non-lethal weapons. The development process of anti-riot kinetic energy bombs was systematically reviewed, and the case and mechanism of compound projectiles were analyzed to reveal the key breakthrough in the safety and effectiveness of the new generation of anti-riot kinetic energy bombs. It was found that the gradual energy release technology was the core feature of the new generation of anti-riot kinetic energy bombs. The technology could achieve energy dissipation through the structural deformation of bombs during impact, which could not only reduce the damage, but also maintain the efficient impact effect. In addition, the material innovation, the application of intelligent technology and the integration of multiple non-lethal effects became an important development trend of a new generation of anti-riot kinetic energy bombs. This study not only provides theoretical support for the research and development of a new generation of anti-riot kinetic energy bombs, but also will continue to promote the intrinsically safe design of kinetic energy bombs, and provide strong technical support for maintaining social stability and violence control and rejection tasks.
