| Through brief analysis of the connotation of design phase management and the essentiality of enterprise development, it explained the design phase management had the important meaning for enterprise design management. Simultaneity it discussed how to actualize the method of design phase management in the enterprise, as well as insure the work quality in different stages, accelerate the benign development of enterprise design R&D. |
