| 通过服务设计理论介入及移动互联网市场现状阐述， 提出手机服务型 APP产品的概念， 并指出其具有的 “服务” 核心理念。通过移动互联网手机服务型 APP产品特点分析， 论述手机服务型 APP产品具有服务理念突出、 服务模式创新、 互动参与性、 有针对性等特点。在此基础上， 将服务设计流程及设计方法引入手机服务型 APP产品设计中， 并提出其设计时的关键点。 |

| Through the introduction of the service design theory and the presentation of current mobile internet market situation, it proposed a concept of the mobile service application products and clarifies the service as its core idea. Make a statement of the mobile service application products' prominent service concept, innovative service mode, interactive participation nature and pertinence with their characteristics. In this foundation, to introduce the service design process and method into the design of mobile service application products, and it also emphasized the key point in design. |
