| It elaborated the current situation of user-friendly design in public facilities and all elements which can influence the design of modern public facilities. Basic principles have been put forward in user-friendly design of public facilities from different perspectives. Furthermore, it expounded the necessity of the appliance of user-friendly design in public facilities. |
