      目的 研究基于TRIZ理论的创新设计方法, 建立一种适用于产品创新的设计模型, 并针对目前市场上按摩椅设计中存在的不足, 设计并制造一种新型按摩椅。方法 将TRIZ理论中的创新原理、 矛盾矩阵等创新设计理念与用户情感体验机理相结合, 建立产品创新设计数学模型, 分析市场上现有按摩椅设计问题的原因, 创造性地探索出新型按摩椅的结构设计原理, 借助于Pro/E软件平台建立目标三维模型, 制造按摩椅实物模型, 获取用户体验结果。结果 建立了一种新的产品创新设计模型, 并将其应用到按摩椅的创新设计中, 对按摩椅三维模型进行了运动仿真分析, 并没有发生运动干涉, 验证了模型建立的合理性。结论 产品设计的创新不是简单的机械结构创新, 而是在融入多种设计理念后, 反复实践的再创造。
英文摘要:
      It researches on the innovation design methods based on TRIZ theory, to establish a suitable for product innovative design model,aiming at the deficiency of the current market massage chair existed in design,design and manufacture of a new type of massage chair. The innovation principle and contradiction matrix of innovation design concept in TRIZ theory are combined with user emotion experience mechanism,to build the mathematical model of product innovation design, to analyze the design problem of existing massage chair in the market, to creatively conceive the structure design principle of new type of massage chair, with the help of Pro/E software platform to build 3D model of target, make the massage chair the physical model and get the user experience results. It establishes a new model of product design, and makes its application to the innovative design of massage chair, to make the motion simulation analysis of three dimensional model of massage chair. The results do not have the movement interference, verify the rationality of the established model. Product design innovation is not a simple mechanical structure innovation, but a kind of recreation after continuous practice with a variety of design concepts.
