      目的 从能实现“抓得到,不碰头,抓位多”的角度研究一种无辅助抓握件的地铁车内扶手布置设计方案。方法 通过分析现有的3类典型地铁车内扶手,将其分为可提供高位抓位的横杆和可提供低位抓位的竖杆,进而提出使用横杆的旅客呈“一”字形分布,使用竖杆的旅客围绕竖杆呈圆形分布;然后结合中国人体站姿尺寸和横、竖杆直径,提出了一种无辅助抓握件的地铁车内扶手布置设计方案,并用JACK软件对其进行人因仿真分析与评估。结论 该设计方案满足设计要求,具有较好的人机使用特性,对于无辅助抓握件地铁车内扶手的设计有一定的参考价值。
英文摘要:
      From the perspective of realizing "catching with hand, no bumping head, and more grip positions", a layout design scheme of handrails without assistive handles for metro vehiclesis proposed. Though analysis three typical handrails of metro vehicles, it divides them into horizontal rails which could provide high grip positions and, vertical rails which can provide low grip positions. Then it points out that passengers using horizontal rails often distributed in a shape as Chinese character "一", passengers using vertical rails always distributed in other shape as a circle. According to the standing posture size of Chinese human and diameter of horizontal rails and vertical rails, a layout design scheme of handrails without assistive handles for metro vehicles is proposed, then the scheme is analyzed and evaluated via a human factors simulation soft JACK. The layout design scheme meets design requirements and has good characteristics of man-machine coordination, it also summarizes some valuable data and suggestions for further design.
