| 目的 探索适老性厨房设计的新思路。方法 基于交互行为理论，通过分析用户行为和产品反馈，对用户的操作行为逻辑和人机交互尺度进行分析，评估产品的负面反馈和正面反馈，对不同障碍类型老人与厨房交互的共性和差异性问题进行研究。结论 通过适老性厨房的交互行为分析，以新的视角挖掘老年人需求，探究用户动机，规划行为路线。研究过程有望为适老性厨房与其他相关设计理论提供新的思路，为提高老年人独立生活能力提供新的解决方法。 |

| It aims to study the new method of the kitchen design for aging people. It is based on the interactive behavior theory, through the analysis between user behavior and product feedback, acquiring user operation process and human interactive scale, as well as evaluating the product positive feedback and negative feedback, which can provide a research on the commonalities and differences between different types of obstacles in the interaction between the elderly and the kitchen. Through the kitchen interactive behavior analysis, it will be a new perspective to find the needs of the elderly, explore the user motivation, plan behavior route. The research process is expected to provide new ideas for the old fitness kitchen and other related design theory, to provide a new solution for improving the independent living ability of the elderly. |
