| 目的 人类在原始社会时期就开始了工具的使用，而工具即是产品的雏形。产品是人与物质世界发生关系的必不可少的媒介，在社会的发展和进步的过程中扮演着极其重要的角色。产品的安全是人类安全与健康的基础，也是产品设计的关键因素。从人类安全的视角分析，指出安全结构在产品设计过程中的重要性。方法 以发现问题、分析问题以及解决问题的逻辑思路为研究基础，阐述了产品安全结构的一般设计程序的4个步骤，即分析意外情况和意外情况造成的影响、制定设计策略、实施安全结构设计、评价安全结构设计。结论 以按压式安全插排设计为例，应用产品安全结构设计程序，对其进行改良创新设计，从而为产品的安全性设计提供参考的方向。产品的安全结构设计为产品设计拓展更广阔的思路，为人类提供更安全健康的美好体验。 |

| Humanity began the use of tools during primitive society, and tools are the prototype of products. Products are an indispensable medium for the relationship between man and the material world. They play an extremely important role in the development and progress of society. Product safety is the basis of human safety and health, which is the key factor of product design. From the perspective of human security, it points out the importance of safety structures in product design. Based on the logical thinking of finding out problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, it puts forward four steps of the procedure of product safety structure design. They are the analysis of the effects of unexpected and unexpected situations, the formulation of design strategies, the implementation of safety design and the evaluation of safety design. Taking the push-type safety plug design as an example, the design of the product safety structure is used to improve the design of the product, so as to provide the reference direction for the product safety design. The product's safety structure design provides a broader concept for product design, providing a safer and healthier experience for humans. |
