| 目的 探寻平面设计的主要发展方向及其对视觉符号的借鉴与应用方式。方法 沿着人类认识世界的轨迹，引申出视觉符号的重要作用，分析视觉符号的基本内涵，总结其在平面设计中体现的简明性、时代性和民族性特点，接着从其在平面设计中的功能着手，探析其交流、表达、实现和编码功能，最后分别将目光聚焦在包装设计、海报设计和标志设计等方面，就这些平面设计领域在设计过程中对视觉符号的创造性借鉴进行论证，多方探寻其应用路径与方法。结论 视觉符号在平面设计中的合理利用与创新，能够体现平面设计的文化性特质，适应文化产业发展的客观经济性要求，进而更好地传达设计师所要传递的信息，吸引人们的注意，获得理想的视觉传达效果。 |

| The work aims to explore the main development direction of graphic design and its reference and application to visual symbols. Following the trajectory of human's understanding of the world, the important role of visual symbols was extended, the basic connotation of visual symbols was analyzed, and the characteristics of simplicity, timeliness and nationality reflected by visual symbols in graphic design were summarized. Then, starting from the functions of visual symbols in graphic design, their communication, expression, realization and coding functions were analyzed. Finally, the eyes were respectively focused on packaging design, poster design and logo design, etc. The creative reference of visual symbols in these graphic design fields during the design was demonstrated, and the application paths and methods were explored in many ways. The rational use and innovation of visual symbols in graphic design can reflect the cultural characteristics of graphic design, adapt to the objective economic requirements of the development of cultural industry, and then better convey the information that designers want to convey, attract people's attention and obtain ideal visual communication effect. |
