| 目的 通过体验设计中的用户研究方法，研究“厕所革命”背景下景区卫生间的体验设计，得到景区卫生间的体验需求模型，针对国内景区卫生间建设现状提出设计阶段具体改进建议。方法 通过实地考察、非结构性访谈获得景区卫生间维护人员和游客资料，从用户体验的角度，详细探讨了景区卫生间的体验现状和需求。结合文献法搜集日本“厕所文化”相关资料，借鉴优秀景区卫生间设计案例经验。结论 从用户体验的角度出发提出了景区卫生间的体验需求模型，并参考日本“厕所文化”分析体验需求应用，针对国内旅游景区的卫生间设计现状提出合理性建议。在“厕所革命”的背景下，景区卫生间的设计将更为注重用户的体验需求。 |

| The paper aims to study the experience design of scenic toilet under the background of "toilet revolution", obtain the experience demand model of toilet in the scenic area through user experience method in experience design and propose specified improvement suggestions for the design stage of constructing domestic area toilets. Through field visits and non-structured interviews, information on maintenance personnel and tourists of scenic spots was obtained. The experience and needs of scenic toilet were discussed in detail from the perspective of user experience based on the data of valid questionnaires. At the same time, the literature method was combined to collect the related materials of "toilet culture" in Japan and draw lessons from the experience of the excellent toilet design. From the perspective of user experience, it puts forward an experience demand model of scenic toilet. It analyzes the experience demand application with reference to "toilet culture" in Japan and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for toilet design of tourist attractions in China. Under the background of "toilet revolution", design of scenic toilet will pay more attention to the user's experience. |
