      目的 服务设计系统虽然在社区智能化进程中已呈现势不可当的趋势,但是仍然有许多安全方面的问题等待解决,本文希望基于服务系统设计的方法,通过提高某一小区的安全性的设计探析,利用将社区安全智能化产品与服务设计结合的概念,扩展相应的社区安全的系统性和多样性。方法 基于服务设计理论,提出社区产品安全服务系统的设计原则,并针对用户的需求,对社区智能安全系统实施了设计探析,实现社区智能安全服务的系统性与功能多样性,达到产品及服务的效益最大化。结论 在居民社区生活中,社区智能系统能更有效、更便捷地管理和服务整个社区的运行,为生活与工作在社区中的人们提供完整的需求生态链。随着用户中心性的凸显,服务设计理念也将进一步融入到产品设计中。

      The work aims to expand the systematicness and diversity of the corresponding community safety based on the method of service system design by analyzing the design of improving the safety of a certain community and using the concept of combining intelligent community safety products and service design since the service design system has shown an inexorable trend in the process of community intelligence but still has many security problems to be solved. Based on the theory of service design, the design principles of community product safety service system were put forward. According to the needs of users, the design of community intelligent safety system facilities was explored to achieve the systematic and functional diversity of community intelligent safety service and maximize the benefits of products and services. In the community life of residents, the community intelligent system can manage and serve the operation of the whole community more effectively and conveniently, and provide a complete demand ecological chain for people living and working in the community. With the highlight of user centricity, service design concept will be further integrated into product design.
