      目的 从用户感知视角探究用户对工程机械产品造型的感知要素,构建满足用户感性需求的工程机械造型评价方法。方法 首先,通过文献调研法,提出用户感知的3个层次:具象层、联想层、价值层,对应工程机械产品造型确定用户感知对象要素。然后,以感性工学理论为基础获取用户感性意象词汇,并依据用户感知要素对其进行分类汇总构建工程机械造型评价指标体系。再以层次分析法获取指标权重,结合VIKOR数学决策方案对待评价方案进行优劣排序。最后,以三一宽体矿用自卸车造型设计评价验证此方法的可行性。结果 获取了用户对工程机械产品的3个感知层次和6个感知要素,并建立工程机械造型评价模型。结论 该方法从用户的角度确立了造型评价指标,建立了科学可信的评价依据,对于其他工业设计产品造型评价具有一定的借鉴作用。
英文摘要:
      From the perspective of user perception, explore the user’s perception elements of engineering machinery product modeling, and construct an engineering machinery modeling evaluation method that meets the user’s perceptual needs. First, through the literature survey method, three levels of user perception are proposed:the concrete layer, the association layer, and the value layer, which determine the user perception object elements corresponding to the engineering machinery product modeling; then, user’s perceptual image vocabulary is obtained based on the kansei engineering theory, and classified and summarized according to the elements of user perception to build an evaluation index system for engineering machinery modeling; then, the index weights are obtained by analytic hierarchy process, and the evaluation schemes are ranked in accordance with VIKOR mathematical decision schemes. Finally, the feasibility of this method is verified by the model design evaluation of Sany widebody mine dump truck. The user’s 3 levels of perception and 6 perception elements of engineering machinery products are obtained, and a engineering machinery modeling evaluation model is constructed. This method establishes the modeling evaluation index from the user's point of view, and establishes a scientific and credible evaluation basis, which has a certain reference function for the modeling evaluation of other industrial design products.
