      目的 为满足电动工具企业对品牌识别的需求,将生物学断裂基因转录原理应用到产品形态设计过程中以实现电动工具产品的迭代更新,加强产品的家族化特征和品牌识别性。方法 分析企业目标产品族的基本形态基因,利用平面绘图软件提取早期产品造型的轮廓线,形成该产品的形态基因图谱,基于断裂基因转录的剪接机制和电动工具迭代中形态基因筛减过程的相似之处,运用设计形态分析法和聚类分析将形态基因分为3类,即典型基因、次典型基因和一般基因,其中典型基因和次典型基因组合形成产品基因框架体。以产品基因框架体为基础,以形状文法为推演方法,基于建立的品牌特征识别的规则约束,创造出新产品的形态基因图谱以指导产品迭代,最后通过李克特量表对新旧形态基因图谱进行评估验证。结果 提出了基于断裂基因转录原理的迭代设计理论与方法,通过形状文法创造出具有家族识别特征的新形态基因图谱。结论 以东达品牌曲线锯设计为例,根据李克特量表的相关统计数据显示,新形态基因图谱优于旧形态基因图谱,验证了该方法的可行性。

      In order to cater to the demand of electric tool enterprises for brand recognition, the work aims to apply the principle of biological split gene transcription to the form design process of products to achieve iterative updates of electric tool products, establish product family features, and strengthen brand recognition. The fundamental genetic structure of the enterprise's target product family was analyzed, the outline of early product styling was extracted with graphic design software, and a genetic map of the product form was created. Based on the similarities between the splicing mechanism of split gene transcription and the form gene screening process in the iteration of electric tools, the design form analysis method and cluster analysis were used to categorize form genes into three types of typical genes, sub-typical genes, and general genes. The combination of typical genes and sub-typical genes formed the genetic framework of the product. With the genetic framework as a foundation and shape grammar as the deduction method, a genetic map of the form for guiding product iterations was created based on the established rules for brand feature recognition. Finally, the new and old genetic maps were evaluated and verified with the Likert scale. The design theory and method based on the principle of split gene transcription were proposed, and new form gene maps with recognizable family features were created by shape grammar. With the scroll saw design of the Dongda brand as an example, the new form gene map outperforms the old form gene map based on relevant statistical data obtained through the Likert Scale. The results validate the feasibility of this method.
