摘要:
目的 随着智能汽车技术的不断发展,车内信息交互系统变得越来越复杂。从用户体验的角度出发,综合考虑用户需求、驾驶安全和操作效率等方面,为提高用户体验和满意度,对智能汽车HMI设计可用性展开研究。方法 通过对智能汽车HMI设计要点进行系统分析,结合层次分析法构建智能汽车HMI设计层次指标体系,对指标体系中的各个指标进行权重赋值,并设计3款智能汽车HMI方案,通过模糊综合评价法对设计方案进行评价。结果 结合评价指标体系,得出相对最优的智能汽车HMI设计方案,并对最优方案进行设计优化。结论 结果表明,层次分析法可以有效地将智能汽车HMI的设计指标层次化,再结合模糊综合评价法对HMI设计方案进行评价可以显著增强设计方案的合理性、提高设计质量和用户体验,为智能汽车HMI设计及相关人机界面设计提供具体的评价标准和参考依据。

Usability Evaluation of Intelligent Vehicle HMI Design Based on AHP-FCE

Abstract:
With the continuous development of smart vehicle technology, the in-vehicle information interaction system is becoming increasingly complex. From the perspective of user experience, the work aims to study the usability of intelligent vehicle HMI design by considering aspects such as user needs, driving safety, and operation efficiency to enhance user experience and satisfaction. By systematically analyzing the key points of intelligent vehicle HMI design, a hierarchical index system for intelligent vehicle HMI design was constructed by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Weight values were assigned to each index in the system, and three intelligent vehicle HMI schemes were designed. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was employed to evaluate the design schemes. Combined with the evaluation index system, the relatively optimal design scheme for intelligent vehicle HMI was determined, and optimization was performed on the optimal scheme. The results indicate that the Analytic Hierarchy Process effectively hierarchizes the design indexes for intelligent vehicle HMI. When combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the HMI design scheme, it significantly enhances the rationality of design schemes, improves design quality and user experience and provides specific evaluation criteria and reference for intelligent vehicle HMI design and related human-machine interface design.
