| 目的 从设计学用户研究出发，以多学科理论视角探讨萌宠类IP形象情感感知与治愈体验的影响因素及其作用机制。方法 首先依托扎根理论质性研究方法展开研究设计，通过对23个有效样本进行半结构化访谈获得材料文本;其次采用NVIVO 12质性分析工具对材料进行3级编码，识别出情感感知与治愈体验的影响因素;最后综合SOR和PAD理论框架构建影响机制模型。结果 最终得到2个维度下的8个主范畴影响因素:即内容生产(主题风格、角色类型、情感表达、行为动作)、形式表达(造型体态、服饰道具、色彩搭配、质感材质)，并据此构建出“内容生产-形式表达-情感感知-治愈体验”的影响作用机制。结论 对影响情感感知、治愈体验的8个主范畴因素进行深度挖掘，可优化萌宠类IP形象的情感治愈体验设计。 |

| From the design user research, the work aims to explore the influencing factors of emotional perception and healing experience of cute pet IP images and their role mechanisms from a multidisciplinary theoretical perspective. Firstly, a qualitative research methodology relying on the grounded theory was used to design the research and materials and texts were obtained through semi-structured interviews with a valid sample of 23 people, and then the materials were coded at three levels by the NVIVO 12 qualitative analysis tool to identify factors influencing emotional perceptions and healing experiences. Finally, the theoretical frameworks of SOR and PAD were integrated to construct a model of influencing mechanisms. At last, 8 main categories under 2 dimensions were obtained, namely content production (theme style, role type, emotional expression, and behavior), formal expression (modeling posture, clothing props, color collocation, and texture material), and accordingly a "content production-form expression-emotional perception-healing experience influencing mechanism model was built. Deep excavation of the 8 main categories of factors affecting emotional perception and healing experience can optimize the design of emotional healing experience of cute pet IP image. |
