目的 基于TRIZ理论,设计一款适用于轻度失能或弱能老年人的坐立两用出行辅助机器人。方法 在问题识别阶段,对坐立两用出行辅助机器人的系统组件进行分析,然后根据组件间的相互作用关系建立功能模型图,借助因果链分析出问题的根本原因,并用裁剪方法进行初步分析;利用物质-场分析、技术矛盾分析和物理矛盾分析获得问题的理想解,得出设计思路。结果 通过TRIZ理论相关工具的运用获得问题的理想解,解决了倚靠、护具、扶手和操控板等部件上存在的问题,对坐立两用出行辅助机器人进行了创新设计和优化。结论 本研究基于TRIZ理论,设计了一款坐立两用出行辅助机器人来增进老年人的出行体验,同时,为坐立两用相关产品的设计提供一定的参考与借鉴。 |

The work aims to design a sit-stand dual-purpose mobility assistance robot tailored for mildly disabled or weak elderly individuals based on the TRIZ theory. In the problem identification phase, an analysis on the system components of the sit-stand dual-purpose mobility assistance robot was conducted. Subsequently, a functional model diagram was established based on the interactions among these components. The root causes of the problems were determined by causal chain analysis, followed by preliminary analysis according to the trimming method. Su-field analysis, technical contradiction analysis, and physical contradiction analysis were employed to obtain ideal solutions to the problems and formulate design concepts. The application of TRIZ theory tools led to the ideal solutions, resolving issues with components like the backrest, protective gear, armrests, and control panel. Therefore, the innovative design and optimization of the sit-stand dual-purpose mobility assistance robot were carried out. In conclusion, based on the TRIZ theory, a sit-stand dual purpose mobility assistance robot is designed to enhance the elderly's outdoors experience. Additionally, it provides valuable insights for the design of similar dual-purpose products. |
